Which systems does Candid integrate with?
Candid integrates with most major EHR, CRM, ATS, and HRIS platforms, including PointClickCare, WelcomeHome, Apploi, Paylocity, and UKG, and we add new integrations regularly. Scores, transcripts, recordings, and status changes flow directly into your system for a seamless experience with no duplicate work.
What languages does Candid support?
Candid currently supports nine languages, including English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and Korean. Residents and applicants are met in the language they are most comfortable speaking, which lifts response rates across diverse communities. If your desired language is not available, reach out to our team, we are actively expanding language coverage.
Is Candid HIPAA compliant and secure?
Yes. We never handle or store health or financial information. All data is hosted on HIPAA-compliant US infrastructure with end-to-end encryption, strict access controls, and full audit trails. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included in our standard agreement, and we maintain BAAs with all relevant third-party subprocessors who handle data on our behalf.
How quickly can an organization get started with Candid?
